The California Preservation Foundation is now accepting nominations for the 2012 Preservation Design Awards.
Awards are given in eight categories. To be eligible, projects must be located in California, or for a report or study, must deal with a Californian subject. Projects must have been completed between June 1, 2006 and May 31, 2012.
Categories
All nominated projects should be in conformance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
Nominations can be made in one or more of the following categories:
1. Preservation
2. Rehabilitation
3. Restoration
4. Reconstruction
5. Contextual Infill
6. Cultural Resources Studies/Reports
7. Craftsmanship/Preservation Technology
8. Archaeology and Interpretive Exhibits
*Note: Awards may be given for both Residential and Commercial/Industrial projects in all categories.

General Entries: $190 If submitted by 5:00 pm, May 15, 2012
$290 If submitted after 5:00 pm, May 15, 2012
Deadline for submitting applications: 5:00 pm, June 1, 2012
