Display Boards
We ask all winning teams to prepare a 30” by 40” display board about each winning project. These are displayed during the awards reception and are a wonderful way to preview and promote the winning projects before the awards ceremony. Below is a download with sample display boards, CPF logos and instructions to prepare your display board.

Sample boards, guidelines, and a downloadable .zip folder containing CPF logos are available below. These files are large and may take some time to properly display or download. If you are having difficulties, try selecting “Preview in new window” from the drop down menu on each image.
Guidelines
The following guidelines have been prepared to assist you in the preparation of your display board. The board for your winning project will be displayed at the special award reception in San Francisco on April 20th, as well as on our special project features on the californiapreservation.org website.
The design of the board is up to you, but the preference is for relatively conservative lettering type. The design can include photographs, floor plans, sketches, etc. Color is optional. The design should be in 3 (vertical) x 4 (horizontal) aspect ratio.
Printing and delivery of your display board. We recommend that you send your artwork to a San Francisco printer for printing and delivery. Each board is mounted on a 30” x 40” foam core board or some other rigid substrate. We recommend that you use the following firm for printing your board. Please cc CPF when you send the artwork to the printer.
