The California Historic Building Code (CHBC) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in Historic Buildings and Sites

This webinar goes through both the CHBC and the ADA, with emphasis on ADA as both a code, and a civil rights law.  It gives an explanation of the use of each code as applied to a historic building and/or site.  Also covered is the interaction of the codes with the Secretary of the Interior Standards.
