Join us as we celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Palm Springs Modernism Week. The Signature Home Tour has long been one of the premier events, and the 2025 Tour will be no exception. Each Sunday of Modernism Week, we will showcase a different selection of homes in Palm Springs. Architects could include midcentury icons such as William Krisel and Donald Wexler and “New-Century” masters of contemporary design.

This self-driven home tour will take visitors inside a myriad of iconic architectural homes by some of the area’s most noted architects. The featured homes, chosen for their architecture, interiors, gardens, and grounds, epitomize Palm Springs and what makes life and architecture in the desert unique. A keepsake tour program and map are included.  The Signature Home Tour is produced by Modernism Week. There will be different homes featured on each Sunday’s Signature Home Tour. The photos featured are representational of the homes on the tour from previous years.

The winning bidder may choose a Signature Home Tour on Sunday, February 16 or Sunday, February 23, morning or afternoon.  Self-drive tour takes place in Palm Springs.  Transportation to Palm Springs is not included.   Winning bidder must decide by January 15, 2025 which tour time/date preferred and contact MW for tickets.
