The Linnell Residence was recently restored by Adrian Scott Fine, Executive Director of the Los Angeles Conservancy, to bring back the key features of the home, including the original reflecting pool that passes under a gate surrounding the outdoor porch. This graceful and elegant house displays the best features of Modern Architecture including a comprehensive indoor-outdoor relationship of spaces popular in California 20th-century designs. This auction item includes a private home tour and cocktails by the pool.
