Reunion House is part of the Neutra Colony, a subdivision whose residences showcase some of the most important Neutra designs of his fabled career. Born in Vienna, Neutra eventually emigrated to Southern California, where he was a pioneer in Early Modernism and Mid-Century Modern design, as well as an early advocate of the integration of neuroscience and psychology into architectural practice.
