Masonry facades of terra cotta, brick and stone deteriorate from environmental factors, structural issues, and problems in the original design and construction. Accurate diagnosis of the cause of distress is critical to designing long lasting repairs as is communicating the repairs on the construction documents and working with the masons to implement the repairs.
