CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

CPF BOARD OF TRUSTEES | 2025-2028

CPF’s Board Development Committee seeks self-nominations and third-party nominations for six new members of CPF’s Board of Trustees who will begin their terms at the conclusion of CPF’s annual membership meeting to be held on June 26, 2025. Each new member will serve a three-year term, from June 2025 through June 2028. Board membership is then renewable for a second three-year term, for a maximum of six years of service.

CPF strives to be an organization that is fully inclusive, and whose leadership represents a wide range of perspectives. To that end, CPF welcomes the nomination of candidates who will add racial, ethnic, gender, geographic, and expertise diversity to the Board.

Board members are expected to diligently perform their oversight and fiduciary responsibilities. These include attending in-person and virtual meetings, serving on committees, participating in CPF’s development and fundraising activities, and ensuring that CPF accomplishes its mission and achieves its goals.
